About

The Park Tavern is a beautifully restored Coaching Inn and has been looking after residents of, and visitors to, Southfields since the 19th Century. The pub is steeped in history and is rumoured to have been a favourite rendezvous for the Highwaymen and Footpads of the early 1800’s

The interior blends traditional features like two real fire places and stained glass windows with a large suntrap courtyard garden for whenever the weather behaves.

We stock over 50 craft beers, 100 spirits and have 13 beers on tap. Our kitchen produces fantastic, seasonal food using carefully sourced ingredients whether you are looking for a quick lunch or a full sit down dinner.

Located within a 19th Century Coaching Inn in the heart of Southfields, this beautiful, newly refurbished pub has lots of comfortable corners,
warming fireplaces and sunny beer gardens perfect for catching up with friends and family.

Hungry? Experience the best of British meat and seasonal produce cooked with South African style over a wood-fired braai (bbq) – all in a relaxing, comfortable family-friendly atmosphere.

As well as an award winning selection of beers, craft beers & ales and a fun & fantastic selection of spirits & cocktails, Park Tavern is very proud to offer you a 100% South African wine list.

There’s always lots going on at Park Tavern. Live music, wine events, pub quiz, sport screenings & weekly specials.

We also have dog-friendly areas* and wouldn’t want them to miss out.
