Warsi Brothers @ Bristol Beacon
Experience one of the world’s rarest living musical traditions, live in Bristol. Naseer and Nazeer Ahmed Khan Warsi – known worldwide as the Warsi Brothers – are leading exponents of qawwali, the devotional Sufi music of South Asia. Their lineage traces directly back to the Qawaal Bachhey, trained by Amir Khusrau , the 13th-century founder of qawwali, representing an unbroken 700-year tradition of the Delhi Gharana . Winners of the 2025 Aga Khan Music Awards and recipients of India’s Sangeet Natak Akademi Award , their performances are immersive, powerful and deeply spiritual. Blending sacred poetry, rhythm and devotion, this rare UK appearance offers more than a concert – it is a living encounter with Sufi heritage, history and mastery, brought vividly to life on stage.
