Singer, composer & performer Katya Gorrie – front woman for Bristol favourites, Moscow Drug Club – returns to her musical roots of jazz and blues in this intimate set of songs. Inspired by the music of Julie London, Peggy Lee and Blossom Dearie, Gorrie’s sultry tone and hip phrasing, aided by her stellar band, brings the story of the lyrics to life. Beautifully arranged by the incredible Andy Bowen on guitar, Will Harris on double bass and Dan Newberry on sax.

about St George’s Bristol
We’re St George’s Bristol – a world-class, independent music venue in the heart of Bristol. Our hall also has what Sir Simon Rattle called ‘the best acoustic for chamber music in Europe’ – meaning you can experience every note, riff, song, or symphony with perfect clarity (and often, no amplification at all!)
