GANS is a post-punk duo from Birmingham-born from a shared passion for music, books,and art-of college friends Euan Woodman and Thomas Rhodes. Within a year, they signedwith to a record label and recorded their debut album, Good For TheSoul, with Ross Orton,producer of Arctic Monkeys, Amyl & The Sniffers, The Fall, and M.I.A. a.o.. It’s a direct,honest, loud, and heartfelt collection of songs that reflect the contemporary era as seen bythe band. The inflammatory EP Far and Wide followed in September 2025

Since 1997 Yellow Arch has been operating successfully as a recording studio, equipment hire, teaching studio and live music venue. We have established a great reputation as a key player in the music industry both in Sheffield and throughout the UK and beyond. Most famously as the birthplace of Arctic Monkeys, the studio has produced albums buy a diverse range of artists including Richard Hawley, Jarvis Cocker, Duane Eddy, Kylie Minogue, Wayne Hussey and many many more; with a strong working relationship with the BBC, BMG, PRS, EMI, SONY, UNIVERSAL & WARNER BROS.
