Ancient Infinity Orchestra @ Jazz at The Lescar
We welcome to The Lescar the Ancient Infinity Orchestra, an inspiring 8 piece line-up who’s joyous music was released on Gondwana Records last year with the album ‘It’s Always About Love’; full of uplifting melodies and improvisation centred on band leader Ozzy Moysey’s beautiful compositions, and channelling spiritual jazz influences from the likes of Pharoah Sanders, and Alice and John Coltrane. Founded on collective friendship, Leeds-based Ancient Infinity Orchestra have a sound that is at once expansive and intimate, earthy, and cosmic, constantly shifting yet grounded in shared intention.
