The Adam Stokes Trio kickstart their new season of tribute concerts with critically acclaimed vocalist and songwriter Elly Hopkins, paying tribute to iconic Jazz songwriter Hoagy Carmichael, composer of Skylark , Stardust and The Nearness of You . Elly studied music in New Orleans and has performed across the UK from The Bristol Beacon to the Royal Albert Hall, her voice has been described as ‘rasping, raw and sagacious; a clarion call full of experience and guidance’ (Right Chord Music ).
