Tom Hewson is an internationally active pianist and composer. His second album for Italian/US label CAMJazz, ‘Essence’, is released in October 2017. A solo recording made inside the factory of Bösendorfer pianos, Essence showcases the astonishing contrast and imagination of what pianist and mentor John Taylor called “sublime” compositions.

Tom will be recording a trio album for CAM Jazz in 2018 and touring solo with Essence. He can also be seen with many of the top bands of his generation in jazz clubs and venues in London and across the country.
