In 2017 the Director of the ATG New Wimbledon Theatre, Neil Chandler founded monthly Sunday jazz nights at the Time and Leisure Studio in collaboration with Vamp Jazz / vocalist Verona Chard and her band. The new Director Nick Parr has continued to support the venture with Verona taking on the producer mantle. Verona came up with the concept of inclusive jazz on the Broadway and called it ‘Jazz in a Broad Way’ encompassing classic, swing, funk, bebop, blues. modern, latin, standards and originals and crossover. The evening  includes a JAM element and features outstanding international jazz instrumentalists and singers.

In 2019 we’ll start to identify every ‘Broadway’ in the country and then play a gig there. So we’d love you to join in and share your local knowledge and let us know about a Broadway near you.
