Our Story
After a long period of closure and an uncertain future The Tipputs Inn Grill House and Bar was reopened in the Autumn of 2015 as an Asset of community value, with some fresh ideas and a motivation to mix the old and new bringing the pub back to its former glory.

Situated on the A46 at the top of the hill outside Nailsworth, the pub stands proud in an idealic Cotswold setting with international appeal. Surrounded by rolling meadows and hills it’s easy to see what goes into Tipputs both people and produce.

The Tipputs Grill offers fresh hearty meals without the bells and whistles, just great quality. The beef is sourced from local farms including the owners’ family farm ‘Ashley Marsh farm’, the other ingredients are largely found in the Cotswold region and are 100% traceable.

Whether you’re after a cosy bowl of soup by the fire, a local ale or two.. at the bar with the friendly locals and staff, or a nice bottle of red with a juicy thick cut Ribeye steak in our stylish modern restaurant area, we are sure we can offer something that suits your taste and your mood.
