For decades the Portland has been an essential part of the Cambridge live music scene welcoming local, national and international acts of all genres and backgrounds to play in our dedicated venue space.
In 2012 the small 100 capacity venue space was enlarged and expanded and now can accommodate upto 200 people in a modern high-tec space that can adapt to almost any purpose.
Whether you are in a band and are looking for a venue to hold your own gig or are looking for a modern space to hold a meeting or gathering we can cater for groups of all sizes and requirements.
We have a full in house PA system and lighting with experienced sound technicians available to make sure your event sounds and looks great. Click HERE for current system specs. The venue also has it’s own full-service bar, air conditioning and ‘green room’ space for bands to change and store equipment.
