About
The Castle Tap is a small local pub a short walk from Reading town centre. We focus on creating a welcoming and engaging space for regulars and visitors from further afield and on offering a range of drinks that appeal to people with a broad range of tastes and experiences. The Tap Team are particularly proud of our carefully curated craft beer lists and put on a beer festival once a year as well as irregular beer and spirit tasting events.
Additionally, the pub hosts a broad variety of live music most weekends and enjoy putting on pop-ups supporting local crafters, foodies and artists. We also hire out space for private parties.
