Heartfelt and sometimes fierce, The Out and Out Blues Band (The Out and Outs) are exactly as advertised – they explore the Blues from Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf, Sonny Boy Williamson, through BB King, Bobby Bland and Taj Mahal, to Rory Gallagher – interspersed with their own original contemporary blues compositions. Hammond Organ & Leslie, Harmonica, Guitar, Bass and Drums – all handled with over 150 years of combined musical experience and led by James Mackie who played keyboards for the Selecter and Madness in the 1980’s amongst others.
