Identity
Inspired by Motown, jazz and Northern Soul, BB’s songwriting is a refreshing step backwards in spirit yet has unique forward thinking lyrics and a distinctive neo soul jazz vibe.
As a performer you can’t help but endear to her from her very first step on the stage. She’s bubbly, charismatic and fun and then when she sings… it’s so raw, so pure and honest. Her vocals are incredible.
Lately she has been in the studio with Derek Nash (Jools Holland, Protect The Beat) and Geoff Gascoyne (Sting, Jamie Cullum, Gregory Porter) cutting her first EP – Laid Bare, ready for release this coming Spring. She is also currently working with Dale Davis (Amy Winehouse, Mark Ronson) on a second EP ready for release late 2017.
