The Dominic Alldis Trio explores the meeting point between two worlds: classical music and jazz. Taking inspiration from the Modern Jazz Quartet, Bill Evans Trio, Dave Brubeck Quartet and Jacques Loussier Trio, the trio brings a fresh and contemporary approach to famous themes from classical music and opera. Their music appeals to anyone who loves the music of Bach, Handel, Fauré, Satie, Bizet, Dvorak, Tchaikovsky and Chopin, as well as jazz and the timeless art of improvisation.
