Gülseven Medar, a gifted vocalist, explores Kurdish and Anatolian folk songs, staying true to their traditional styles. Raised in Kurdish and Alevi cultures, she interprets Turkish and Armenian tunes faithfully. Collaborating with Turkish music masters, she records these repertoires, showcased in her albums. Known for her stage presence, she performs at global festivals and contributes to folk operas.
