Mandela Hall is a 1000 capacity concert, club and comedy venue in the heart of Belfast’s bustling University Quarter. In its various incarnations, it has played host to some of the finest local, national and international music and comedic talent.
Having first opened its doors in 1967,
Mandela Hall was completely rebuilt in 2022 with state-of-the-art sound system, lighting and acoustic treatment, and is now one of the finest venues in Belfast. It is housed within the new Queen’s University Student Union, built on the site of the original building. While the new
Mandela Hall contains class-leading tech, it retains the character and ethos which made it a much loved Belfast concert venue.
