CHALK is a brilliant, multi-purpose, independent venue located in Brighton’s coach station opposite the iconic Brighton Pier. The venue has a huge main room, which can change capacity as required for each event. An additional bar is located on the mezzanine level.

CHALK hosts both club nights and live music events. CHALK’s weekly club nights include Fat Poppadaddys, Secret Discotheque, and the legendary Let’s Kill Disco. Look out for our monthly events such as Polyglamorous, Cherry Bomb and Notorious.

CHALK Live hosts established and up-and-coming artists. We have seen music legends such as Tom Jones and Snow Patrol grace our stage, as well as, up and comers; Little Sims, YUNGBLUD and Arlo Parks, plus Brighton favourites; The Big Push.

Our Martin Audio sound system is one of the best on the South Coast, accompanied by a bespoke lighting system and amazing visual effects, so you can guarantee a fabulous evening out.
