Our menu has been inspired by the trip Duke Ellington took from New York to Damascus (via Rome), which inspired his Grammy winning recording, ‘The Far East Suite’. We’ve traced their steps to take you on a culinary adventure with some of the dishes he and his orchestra may have eaten on tour.
