The 12th edition of the Marni JAZZ Festival is an opportunity to honour the array of Belgian jazz bassists. We will be criss-crossing the Atlantic to bring you New Yorker Reggie Washington, with his highly anticipated new tribute album, and Antoine Pierre, a Belgian musician who has returned from the Big Apple ! He is set to come together with a new generation of Belgian jazz musicians with the Brussels premiere of his new project. Over the course of three nights, you will have the opportunity to discover the many dimensions and musical relationships of Michel Hatzigeorgiou as we give him free rein to resurrect the past and launch it into the future. To round off the festival, the Collectif du Lion has a surprise for us – an ambitious project featuring the Reve d’Elephant Orchestra, as well as jazz, singing, and dancing.
