Spring Sessions: Matty Long @ The Bulls Head Barnes
With Spring finally sprung, we’ve lined up some free bank holiday live music sessions in the pub. Join us for a relaxed afternoon with one of our favourite musicians. Matty Long is a London-based singer-songwriter writing modern folk songs rooted in reflection, observation, and everyday life. Influenced by the melodic openness of Richard Ashcroft, the plain-spoken honesty of Zach Bryan, and the laid-back warmth of Mac DeMarco, his music blends thoughtful storytelling with relaxed, unpolished charm — sitting somewhere between introspection and the street outside. Most recently he has shared the stage with folk legend Ralph Mctell at Cadogan Hall who has been a big influence on his upcoming work. Come along and enjoy an afternoon of free music by the river – no ticket necessary.
