The Paul Farr Band is back at Matt and Phreds for what is always a wonderful evening of passionate live music. Appearing regularly at Matt and Phreds for over ten years, band leader and composer Paul is more often than not seen playing with award winning blues sensation Kyla Brox. When he’s not playing around Europe with Kyla he can be seen here playing his own mix of jazz, blues and funk with influences of Schofield, Frisell and Metheny all wrapped up in original tunes. This performance is set to be very special, as Paul is joined by Jeff Guntren on saxophone, Richard Wetherall on piano, Luke Flowers on drums and Huw Jacob on bass – all hugely reputable musicians in their own right.
